Yes! Please send us details of your companies and trading names on an email to mail@ashhouseoffices.com listing out all business names and limited companies. For each business please confirm whether limited company or not, and all trading names of each business, as well as all staff that are going to be listed for each relevant business, trading name, or limited company that you want to be included within the overall virtual office service and we will get back to you!

We will handle mail sent to Your trading name, your registered company name (if different) and your personal name.  For post this is included at no additional cost subject to our reasonable volume service.

In order to open a UK bank account you will be required to provide a residential address for verification purposes.  Any attempt to provide a virtual address as your residential address may be in breach of legislation in relation to money laundering regulations and fraud. Once you have complied with your verification requirements, we are able to act as your registered office and as your business trading address to handle all your business trading or Companies House post.

It is a legal requirement for all directors of UK companies (and partners of LLPs) to provide an address which will appear on public records and where legal documents from Companies House and HMRC can be sent to them personally. While directors can list your residential address for this purpose, it will appear on the public record.

By registering for our Registered Office or Complete Virtual Office service you are able to list our address as your service address thereby keeping your residential address confidential. This service includes the handling of up to 2 one directors’ statutory mail (from HMRC and Companies House) with no additional charges for postage to your UK address.  There is no additional charge for you to register our address as the directors service address.

Yes all new customers, including Company Directors and Shareholders with a stakeholding of 25% and above will need proof of ID – either a passport or driving license, a selfie and a recent utility bill. A scan or photograph is sufficient and can sent by email to accounts@ashhouseoffices.com

Yes, you are free to use your virtual office address across all marketing and communications including letterheads, business cards and website as your trading address on the Business Address or Complete Virtual Office service.

Yes — you may display the address publicly as your Registered Office Address.  If you wish to present the address as your business, trading, operational, or customer‑facing address (including on websites, invoices, stationery, or marketing materials), a Business Address subscription is required.

Yes. Parcels can be received with a valid subscription and a handling fee of £15 for small/medium items or £30 for large items. 48 hours’ notice is required for all parcel deliveries.

• Letterbox‑friendly items (up to 260mm x 60mm) can be received without special arrangements.
• Oversized parcels (up to 450h x 710w x 300d) can be accepted only with prior notification.

Ash House Offices cannot accept any item containing dangerous, live, or perishable goods, and we may refuse any item considered unreasonable or unlawful.

Where we choose to waive notice or fees, it’s a one‑off courtesy and not something we can promise each time.

If you have selected Collection as your default service, we will email you to let you know that we’ve got some post waiting to be collected. If you have selected Forward as your default service we will forward your post on or for any specific post types email you to check you want to receive it (eg suspected junk mail).  If you have selected optional additional Scan service, we will scan this through to you once your post is received.

No. There are no set up charges for our virtual office services. All we require is a months payment in advance and a months deposit which is fully refundable after any additional service charges after requested additional services are concluded.

Yes you can cancel at any time.  Please send us an email to accounts@ashhouseoffices.com  We require one months notice for cancellation of services.  Your deposit will then be returned less any fees for outstanding service charges on your account, to your selected bank account.

Yes you can! We can post your mail to anywhere you request as long as it is a valid postal address.  Please select international service at the checkout and email us with your details and supporting documents with proof of address and ID and we will get back to you to get you set up.

Yes. We scan your mail and email it to you securely. You can also choose physical forwarding.

Can I use the address on Google or as my trading address? Yes — how you can use the address depends on the virtual office service you choose.

• With a Registered Office subscription, you may use the address as your official Registered Office for Companies House and HMRC.
• With a Business Address or Complete Virtual Office subscription, you can also use the address as your trading or business address on your website, invoices, stationery, and marketing materials.

Google Business Profile applies its own criteria when deciding whether to display an address on Google Maps. This can vary by business type and how the business operates. Our Business Address and Complete services are the most suitable options if you want to use the address for your trading and correspondence needs while keeping your business details consistent across your online presence.

On our Registered Office and Business address service we can include 1 additional director or person at no additional cost subject to our reasonable post policy.  For additional staff names beyond this an add on service is required charged at £5 per month (Registered Office facility paid annually) / £7.50 per month (Business address virtual office service) per additional person.  Email us at accounts@ashhouseoffices.com with their details and we will get them set up on your account.

We can on request include for one additional trading name for each business or company at no additional cost subject to our reasonable post volume policy.  For each additional trading name above this will require an add on to your account, each additional trading name is charged at £15 per month (Business address virtual office service.

With our Business Address virtual office service you can use our address as your trading address for your website, business cards marketing materials etc. We will arrange collection, forwarding or scanning to you of all your business trading post exc Companies House post.  If you would also like to register your business as your registered office for your limited company at Companies House you will require a Registered Office or Complete Virtual Office service to also include all you trading post.

We do not accept vehicles to be registered at our address.  All DVLA mail will be returned to sender

With our Registered Office virtual office service you can use our address as HMRC and Companies House as your registered office for your limited company and as your directors service address. For all non HMRC and Companies House post additional fees apply to receive these items.  You should select Complete Virtual Office for all your trading post.  For existing customers please contact us to add the Business Address service in order to use the address as your trading address and to receive all your business, trading, HMRC and Companies House post.

Physical mail is stored for up to 60 days from the day it has been processed or notified to you. After 60 days, your physical mail will be recycled if scanned to you and/or instructions have not been received as to how you want this to be handled.

Yes! We offer a discounted rate when signing up to an annual plan.  If you would like to change please email us at accounts@ashhouseoffices.com and we will get back to you to confirm change over details for switching you over to an annual plan.

Yes and this includes international & overseas residents.  To qualify as a company director in the UK you must:

• Be 16 years or older
• Have NOT been declared bankrupt or banned from being a company director by a court

To continue to receive post and use our virtual office services beyond your service completion date, we would need to reactivate your service otherwise handling collection and forwarding charges will apply for additional collections and requests.
